New designs, restocks, and where to shop Barrio Hat Drop.
When do new drops release?
Release dates vary by drop. We post upcoming designs and dates on our Upcoming Releases page and across our social channels.
Do sold-out hats restock?
Restocks are not guaranteed. Some designs may return while others stay in the archive. If a hat speaks to you, we do not recommend counting on a future restock.
Where can I shop Barrio Hat Drop in person?
You can find us at Sierra Western in Modesto, on select Sundays at Wolff's Flea Market at Allstate Arena, and at select community events in Illinois. Visit Find Barrio Hat Drop for current details.

SIZE & FIT
The basics for choosing a hat that feels right.
What size are your hats?
Sizing and fit can vary by style. Check the sizing information on the product page before purchasing. Adjustable styles are designed to fit a range of head sizes.
How do I know if a hat will fit me?
Compare the measurements listed on the product with a hat that already fits you well, or measure around your head where the sweatband normally sits. If you are still unsure, contact us before ordering.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
Tracking, order changes, and shipping destinations.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with available tracking information. You can also sign in to your account to review your order status.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order enters processing or packing we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
Do you ship internationally?
Available shipping destinations and options are shown at checkout. If your country or region is not available, contact us before placing your order.
What if my tracking has not updated?
Carrier scans can take time to appear. If tracking still shows no movement after several business days, contact us with your order number so we can review it with you.

Can I pick up my order free at Sierra Western?
Free pickup at Sierra Western in Modesto is available by arrangement for eligible Barrio Hat Drop orders. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm pickup availability and instructions.

Where can I find you in Illinois?
On select Sundays we are at Wolff's Flea Market at Allstate Arena, 6920 N Mannheim Rd, Rosemont, IL 60018. We also attend festivals, jaripeos, watch parties, and other community events when announced.

RETURNS & CARE

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Eligibility depends on our current policy and the order. Review our Refund Policy before purchasing for the current terms.
How should I clean my hat?
Start with spot cleaning, mild soap, and cool water. Avoid soaking the hat and let it air dry. For complete instructions, visit our Hat Care Guide.
Can I put my hat in the washer or dryer?
We do not recommend it. Washing and heat can affect the shape, brim, color, and embroidery. Always follow any product-specific care instructions first.
