THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW...

  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
  • Gift Card purchases don't count towards the free shipping threshold.
  • In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

How to track my order?

HOW DO I TRACK MY BARRIO HAT DROP ORDER?

You'll receive an email once your order has shipped titled "Your Order is on the way", containing your tracking link. Alternatively, you can log into your Barrio Hat Drop Account and track your order!

ALREADY HAVE A BARRIO HAT DROP ACCOUNT?

  • Log into your Account
  • Check the fulfilment status for your order.
  • If the order has been fulfilled, select the order (If status is not yet fulfilled, try again in 24hrs to allow us a little longer to fulfil your order)
  • Click on the tracking link to be directed to your tracking

Alternatively, you can use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

WHAT IF MY TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED?

No stress! Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 24-48 hours, however, additional delays may occur while your order is in transit.

In the first instance, check your tracking to understand if your order has been held up by the courier due to issues such as an incorrect address or Customs Fees.

If you've realised that you've entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us HERE.

If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't panic, your order should still be on the way to you. However, if your tracking hasn't updated in 6+ working days please get in touch with our Customer Support team who will be able to assist you.

For orders placed to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Guam, APO and FPO addresses, please allow 14+ days for your tracking to update before contacting our team to investigate your order.

I want to cancel/change my order

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you've hit 'Place Order' at checkout, this includes:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding/removing items to your order
  • Shipping method

However, there is a 15-minute window where you can cancel your order by locating the order either in your confirmation email, or in your account section, and hitting the 'Cancel Order' button.

Once this time has passed the order can't be cancelled nor returned.

I THINK MY ADDRESS IS WRONG ON MY ORDER?

Input the incorrect address at checkout... Sadly, we can't change an address with the courier once the order is placed, however it may be possible to update your delivery preferences with the courier by contacting them directly.

If for any reason your order can't be delivered, the courier will return it to us and you’ll receive an automatic refund once the parcel has reached our warehouse. You can keep an eye on your tracking information for any updates.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please wait until you receive your tracking email so you can provide the courier with the tracking number and they may be able to amend this for you.

If your order has shipped, please contact the courier directly ASAP as they may be able to help.

Important to know... If you input the incorrect address at checkout, and the order goes missing or is delivered to that location, we cannot be held accountable to refund or replace the order to your preferred location.

E-Gift Cards

HOW DO I PURCHASE A BARRIO HAT DROP E-GIFT CARD?

You can purchase an e-gift card via the accessories page on the Barrio Hat Drop website. E-gift cards purchased online are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Gift Card code.

HOW LONG IS A GIFT CARD VALID FOR?

Our gift card validity depends on where in the world you are, please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

DO I HAVE TO USE THE FULL AMOUNT IN ONE ORDER?

No - The amount you spend will simply be deducted from your Gift Card credit. You can then use any remaining balance on a new order you place with us.

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD DURING A SALE OR PROMOTION?

Yes, go for it! A gift card can be used as a form of payment at any time.

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD & MAKE A CARD PAYMENT ON THE SAME ORDER?

Yes - You're able to split your payment part gift card, part credit/debit card on an order. The full available balance of the gift card will be deducted from your order total and then any remaining amount can be paid using your other chosen method of payment.

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE WHEN PURCHASING A GIFT CARD?

Unfortunately not. We're not able to deduct the discount amount from the price of a gift card. If your order has more items than just the gift card, the discount amount will be taken off these items, but not the price of the gift card. 

I PLACED AN ORDER USING MY GIFT CARD AND NOW WANT TO MAKE A RETURN

Orders paid using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used, which will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD ONLINE FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes! Place the order using your details (name, & email address) and forward the e-Gift Card confirmation email to them. Alternatively, you can print off the code and give it to them this way.

Please advise them to KEEP HOLD OF THE GIFT CARD CODE, just in case they need to return anything as the refund will go back onto the gift card balance.

HOW DO I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE?

We can help with that! All you need to do is send us your;

  • Full Name
  • Email Address used to purchase the gift card
  • The 16 digit gift card code (we'll have emailed this to you when you originally purchased)

One of our super helpful agents can then check this for you.

Payment Queries

WHY AM I RECEIVING AN ERROR WHEN TRYING TO PURCHASE?

Receiving an error code when trying to pay? We know, it's painful. In fact, it's almost as annoying as a hat drop you've been waiting for all week sells out in a few minutes..

On rare occasions, when trying to place an order you may get an error code. This is most likely relating to a payment issue, however they're not as scary as they may sound as they're usually just errors with your bank card/provider.

Please see below some of the more common payment error codes and their definitions;

2000 – DO NOT HONOUR - The customer's bank is unwilling to accept the transaction. The customer will need to contact their bank for more details regarding this generic decline.

2007 – NO ACCOUNT – The submitted card number is not on file with the card-issuing bank. The customer will need to contact their bank.

2015 – TRANSACTION NOT ALLOWED - The customer's bank is declining the transaction for unspecified reasons, possibly due to an issue with the card itself. They will need to contact their bank or use a different payment method.

3000 – PROCESSOR NETWORK UNAVAILABLE – This response means there is an error with our payment gateway, but don’t worry, we’ll let you know of any issues and let you know once it’s fixed.

Afterpay

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?

Afterpay is a payment service allowing us to offer customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Place an order with Barrio Hat Drop using Afterpay as your payment method. You'll then be required to pay for the order in four installments, due every two weeks. Even better, it's completely interest-free when you pay on time!

WHO CAN USE AFTERPAY?

Afterpay is available on the following Barrio Hat Drop webstores:

  • US
  • MX

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW? 

  • You must be 18 or over, have a bank account and a North American, Australian or New Zealand residential address (unfortunately Afterpay won't work for those living in South America).
  • Orders must be below $1000.
  • Afterpay is not available for use when purchasing gift cards.
  • Late payment fees will apply.

Price Changes

CAN I GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT ON AN ITEM I'VE ALREADY PURCHASED?

As an online retailer, our prices will occasionally change depending on demand, stock levels and sales. This does mean that items can change price after you've purchased them.

There are a few factors that would cause a price to be amended, such as:

  • Foreign exchange rates
  • Increased costs in our supply chain (supplier or freight based)
  • Improved product quality, features or hardware
  • A shift in market price points
  • Sales or Promotions

Unfortunately, we're unable to adjust any prices or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price once an order has been placed.

Sadly, we're also unable to retrospectively apply a discount code or gift card to an order that’s already been placed.

We're always moving forwards to ensure our products improve whilst sitting at an accessible price point, without compromising our quality standards - We appreciate your understanding!

Klarna

DOES BARRIO HAT DROP ACCEPT KLARNA?

Klarna is a payments service we offer in some of our online stores. It allows you to order from our online stores different sizes and items, and only pay for what you love.

Klarna is available on the following Barrio Hat Drop web stores:

WHY CHOOSE KLARNA?

Try before you buy, and depending on which country you’re ordering from, choose to pay in 30 days or split the cost into 3 interest free installments (one part-payment at purchase, and two further payments at 30 and 60 days.

Our US customers can spread the cost into 4 interest free instalments. Each instalment is charged every 2 weeks.

KLARNA GOOD TO KNOWS...

Missed payments can affect your ability to use Klarna.

If you return an item that you paid for using Klarna, we're unable to amend your Klarna invoice. Instead, you may wish to contact Klarna directly to see if they can pause any payments while your Barrio Hat Drop's return is being processed.
