Shipping policy

Online orders usually process 3-5 business days and ship from the initial purchase date (the 3-5 business days does not include weekends or holidays) and are usually delivered within 3-7 business days. Pre-orders vary in delivery date. Packages ship from our distribution center in Illinois.

You will also be notified which carrier your order is being delivered with, which can be UPS or USPS.

As we package and ship every order, we quality check every item to ensure that everything is 100% up to our standards, in order to ensure that you are receiving the best product available. Once your item has been packaged and shipped with our mail carrier, your items are no longer in our hands, and we have no control over them. Thus, Barrio Hat Drop is no longer liable or responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages.

Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address input at the time of ordering is 100% correct. Barrio Hat Drop LLC is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect location.

If your package has been sent back due to an incorrect address (return to sender/failed delivery), or refused by the customer at the time of delivery attempt, it will return to our warehouse, and the buyer will be responsible for any additional charges to remail the packages.

Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
